Little Joseph needs our prayers,please read this....

a tragic event happened to 2 year old joseph.

the house was on fire and he was in his bedroom.

2 firemen risk their lifes, entered to the flaming house and resqued little joseph.

maybe it's just me, but lately it seems like there is a trend (well, moreso than usual in any case) of saying that paul is somehow of a different mind than jesus and that the teachings of the two contradict each other.

while i can see where having a jw background can easily bring this type of thinking around, most especially since they extol the teachings of paul and completely ignore christ, most of you are no longer under the power of the watchtower...er, you aren't are you?

and as such, you should be free of most, if not all, of the brainwashing to occurrs.

I would like to know the foundation of that idea.

What is your basis, other than wild speculation, for stating so?

i like this topic!

1. i went to an amusement park with friends when i was 17, when getting ready to go on the bumper boats the attendant told me to not step on the rubber part... listening wasn't my strong suite so i stepped on the rubber part and fell in much to the amusement of everyone there.

2. for my 18th birthday my friends took me to see male strippers, my friend held money over my head and when the guy came to collect i refused to put it in his g-string and he called me a prude.

how do you pronounce n.u.c.l.e.a.r.it is not pronounced as if it were spelled n u k u l a r - so why do so many public officials & supposedly learned people say it the wrong way?

i'm talking several presidents (present & past) college educated people, newscasters, etc.

do they not realize how ignorant they sound because the can not pronounce the word correctly??

If you are a US serviceman or woman and you fail to come back in one piece, you're pretty much on your own.

If you do receive medical services, you'll have to fight for every penny and what you'll get will be substandard at best.

Recently, the military has been sending bills to wounded soldiers.

Why?

Because of their injuries they failed to complete their tours of duty for which they received sign up bonuses. The government wants them to pay back the bonuses for the time they're not available for service.

It pays to read the fine print when dealing with the government.

It pays even better not to deal with the government at all unless you have a floor or two full of attorneys to deal with them...which is why the Fortune 500 et. al. have in essence taken over the country.

BA- Exactly. The Fortune 500 and the wealthy elite of this world have taken control of this country, and we all (not only the military) suffer for it.

Well, I have a little time today- let's see if I can help to see the flaws in your argument.

One of the key things people learn in the corporate world are things like "Murphy's Law", etc. that reveal how one weak link in a chain creates the weak link in giant megastructures as well.

I don't recall seeing any Conspiracy Theories that claim otherwise. Flawlessness is not now a requirement, nor has it ever been, to carry out a conspiracy.

The FBI knows that well, and look at the lengths it has gone to in order to conceal its weaknesses. Yet they have been compromised many times.

Also true of every human organization that ever existed, see point above.

See above point. Every enterprise will encounter failures of one degree or another along the way to it's goal(s). Crafty management works around these failures, poor management is exposed by these failures.

It's no secret. The facts are out. A cabal of wealthy elite increasingly rule the world. If you don't understand by now that "money makes the world go 'round", then I've got a bridge to sell you. Combine trillions of dollars in the hands of a few families with craftiness, intelligence, selfishness, a desire to see you and yours succeed, even at the cost of those you are not related to (or friends with), and you have a conspiracy. The facts are out, all you need do is the research to prove this.

Nonsense. Again, this is not what conspiray theorists claim. They clearly do, and have made, mistakes. However, their wealth, and their acumen allow them to continue pushing their agenda. Of course, like any enterprise, there will be setbacks, but with incredible wealth, and know-how, these can be overcome. They HAVE hidden their machinations for a time, and continue to do so. However, these things do not remain permanently hidden, they have been, and will continue to be exposed, AFTER THE FACT.

But it's not the way the world actually works.

The GOAL(s) does not NEED to be relayed to anyone else within the organization. The strategies and objectives that are relayed to lower levels in the organization can be easily manipulated and obfuscated, so that the ultimate GOAL(s) of the leader(s) of the organization remain unknown.

Lol. A truly funny, and ignorant, quote. The "titans of finance" are not, and will not be, affected negatively by this Senate bill, pushed through Congress, and signed on wednesday by Bush. This benefits THEM, not anyone else. What would have truly dealt a blow to the elite cabal would have been if Congress had the guts to do what they were elected to do, that is, work on the behalf of the US citizen, not the moneyed elite. But, their re-election campaigns are paid for by the elite cabal, and their post- government prospects at the Carlyle group, Bechtel, etc, would evaporate if they did the RIGHT thing.

I'll leave it at this for now. If you actually do the research, it's very clear what is goung on in this world, this country, the media, the goverments, etc. Unprecedented amounts of wealth and hence power concentrated in the hands of but a few families is NOT a good thing. That their wealth and power increases with each passing year is abominable. Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
